| Robert van Doorn Chairman and Chief Executive Officer | | | Mr. van Doorn has accumulated over 25 years experience in the mining industry though positions both in industry and the global capital markets. He has held senior positions in various underground and open-pit mining operations with companies such as Anglo American, Mt Isa Mines, Billiton and Rio Narcea Gold Mines. His extensive understanding of mining has been enhanced by more than 10 years experience in the global capital markets during which he held senior positions on the buy side and sell side of the investment industry. On the buy side, Mr. van Doorn was in charge of investments in the mining sector for Old Mutual, South Africa's largest financial institution. On the sell side Mr. van Doorn held positions as the Worldwide Gold Equity Analyst for Morgan Stanley in New York where he conducted equity research for institutional clients on large to small capitalization equities in the resource sector, and Chief Mining Analyst for Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon, a boutique investment bank in Toronto where he focused on junior resources equities and successfully identified a number of junior resource companies which were subsequently taken over by one of the largest international gold mining companies. Mr. van Doorn has been a board member of several publicly listed companies in the resource sector. Mr. van Doorn has a MSc in Mining Engineering from Delft University of Technology, and an MBA from University of Capetown. |

| Teo Dechev President, Director and Acting Chief Financial Officer | | | Ms. Dechev has extensive experience in the capital markets through positions held at well recognized investment banks in institutional equity research, corporate finance and merger and acquisitions primarily focused on the resource sector. Prior to joining Mundoro Mining as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development, she was a Vice President in Corporate Finance at a Toronto investment bank, covering small to mid capitalization resource companies for corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions mandates. Throughout her investment banking career she has participated in financings for over half a billion dollars to primarily small to mid capitalization companies. Prior to that, Ms. Dechev was an Institutional Equity Research Analyst focused on covering junior resource companies for Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon, a boutique investment bank in Toronto, and spent three years at a mineral resources company managing their commodity and derivatives trading program for gold, copper and silver. Ms. Dechev has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, a Bachelor of Applied Science and Engineering in Geological & Mineral Engineering from the University of Toronto and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario. |

| Alan Riles Chief Operating Officer | | | A professional metallurgical engineer, Mr. Riles has over 30 years of international management experience in the resource industry. Prior to joining Mundoro Mining in 2006 he had held key operating management and project development positions in gold and base metal operation sincluding Western Metals Resources Ltd Mt Gordon copper mine in Australia, Rio Narcea's gold-copper an nickel operations in Spain, and most recently as Chief Operating Officer for INCO's Goro Nickel project in New Caledonia. His recent exparience has included extensive work on feasibility studies, project evaluation and due diligence to complement his strong operating and project development background. |

| Feng Tao Senior Geologist | | | Mr. Feng Tao, a resident of Shaanxi Province, has a Master of Science degree in Mineralogy, Petrology and Ore Deposits from Northwest University in Xi'an, China. As Deputy Project Manager and Senior Geologist for the Maoling Gold Project, Mr. Feng has been involved in all aspects of exploration, site supervision and evaluation since joining the company in 2004. Before joining the Company, he worked with a number of international corporations conducting exploration in China, including Placer Dome, Kingsgate Consolidated Limited and Golden Cycle Corporation. |

| Ben Chow Investor Relations Manager | | | Mr. Chow has over 10 years of experience ranging from engineering and product development to business development. Prior to joining Mundoro, he was with Ballard Power Systems working as a Senior Engineer in the fuel cell product development group and finally, as a Business Development Manager, in the Corporate Development group. In this final role, Mr. Chow had the opportunity to formulate and implement the company's entry strategy into China which gave him valuable first-hand experience with the growing Chinese market for alternative energy. He has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering-Chemistry Honours from the University of British Columbia, an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in British Columbia. |
