| Teo Dechev Chief Executive Officer, President and Director | ||
| Ms. Dechev has extensive experience in the capital markets through positions held at well recognized investment banks in Canada. Her career has covered institutional equity research, corporate finance and merger and acquisitions primarily focused on the resource sector. Prior to joining Mundoro Capital, she was a Vice President in Corporate Finance at a Toronto investment bank, advising resource companies for financings, IPO's and mergers and acquisitions mandates. Throughout her investment banking career she has participated in financings for over half a billion dollars to fund companies at various stages of exploration, development and production. Prior to that, Ms. Dechev was an Institutional Equity Research Analyst at a boutique investment bank in Toronto focused on providing in-depth institutional level equity research on resource companies at various stages ranging from early exploration right through to production. Ms. Dechev has also spent three years working with a mineral resources company to manage their commodity and derivatives trading program for gold, copper and silver. Ms. Dechev has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Canada, a Bachelor of Applied Science and Engineering in Geological & Mineral Engineering from the University of Toronto and is a licensed Professional Engineer in both British Colombia and Ontario. | ||

| Mr. Mohan is a Chartered Accountant and a partner at Quantum Partners LLP which is a chartered accounting firm specialized in providing accounting and financial reporting support to junior resource companies. Prior to Quantum Partners LLP, Mr. Mohan spent over a decade working at global public accounting firms. He spent four years with KPMG LLP in Vancouver as a tax manager providing corporate and personal tax consulting and compliance services to clients both in Canada and the United States. | ||

| Martha joined Mundoro in November, 2011. She holds a Corporate & Securities Paralegal certificate and is working towards obtaining her designation as Chartered Corporate Secretary through ICSA. Martha has worked with law firms such as Borden Ladner Gervais and Lawson Lundell, and has further expanded that experience working with publicly traded companies within the mining industry such as Aura Minerals, SouthGobi Energy Resources and Western Copper Corporation. | ||
| Claude Britt QP, Senior Geological Advisor | ||
| Mr. Claude N. Britt, P. Geo has been Senior Geological Technical Advisor of Mundoro Capital Inc. since 2009. Mr. Britt has been active in mineral exploration for over 35 years, having been instrumental in a number of major gold discoveries including the Silidor Mine in Quebec, the Pukakaka Sur deposit in Peru and Tulawaka, Golden Ridge and Chocolate Reef deposits in Tanzania. Mr. Britt served as Vice President of Exploration for Sulliden Gold Corporation Ltd. until September 2004. He served as Vice President of Exploration of Pangea Goldfields and Vice President from 1994 to 2001. In the past, he worked directly with such companies as Iron Ore Company of Canada, Noranda Inc., Aur Resources Inc., Riocanex, Soquem and Pangea Goldfields Inc. He has been a Member of the Ordre des Geologues du Quebec since 2007. Since 2001, Mr. Britt has been a Geological Consultant. Mr. Britt received a Bachelor's Degree in Geology from the University of Western Ontario in 1975. | ||

| Mr. Cormier is a geological engineer with over 35 years of proven track record in gold and base metals exploration, discoveries, development and mining. He has gained expertise in project generation, planning and management of exploration programs leading to the discovery and development of economically feasible gold deposits in Canada, Mexico, Guinea, Niger, Burkina Faso, Algeria and Ghana. He has worked in senior exploration roles for companies such as Falconbridge Nickel and Falconbridge Copper, Placer Dome, Semafo and Adamus Resources. Mr. Cormier has solid international expertise in exploration and mine geology, including mineral resource and reserve evaluation, and in underground and open-cast grade control. He is recognized for his leadership and project management abilities as he promotes systematic, high quality and innovative exploration strategy. Mr. Cormier has been trained in total quality management and continuous improvement. Since 2000, he has been acting as Qualified or Competent Person for compliance with Canadian Norm 43-101 or JORC code. Mr. Cormier has a Bachelors and Masters degrees in Geological Engineering from École Polytechnique in Montreal. | ||

| Mr. Magaranov has over 17 years international mineral exploration and evaluation experience in a range of geographic locations in Eastern Europe, Middle East, Latin America, West Africa and Asia. Much of his experience was gained working as project and senior project geologist for Anglo American and Rio Tinto. He has managed drilling programs, designed and participated in targets generation and project evaluation programs for Au, Base metals and Iron ore in Russian Far East, Chile, Turkey, Iran, Mali and Ghana West Africa. Mr. Magaranov is a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101, and is a Member of the Institute of Geologists of Ireland, European Federation of Geologists, Bulgarian Geological Society and the Society of the Economic Geologists. Mr. Magaranov holds MSc degree in Exploration and Economic geology from the University of Mining and Geology, Sofia, Bulgaria. | ||

| Mr. Saldaña-Alba has 35 years experience in exploration and evaluation of mineral deposits (metallic and non-metallic). Mr. Saldaña-Alba has worked on various exploration projects and regional prospection throughout Mexico and in Chile such as Guanajuato, Chihuahua (Naica and Cordero), Durango (San José de Avino, Indé, Santa María del Oro and La Preciosa Districts), Sonora and Zacatecas (Zacatecas, Fresnillo and Francisco I. Madero districts) in México. Mr. Saldaña holds an undergraduate degree from Instituto Poltécnico Nacional and a postgraduate degree in Economic Geology from University of Arizona and in Mineral Exploration from ITC, in The Nederlands and a Masters Degree in Mineral Exploration, Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, U.K. | ||
