| Robert van Doorn Chairman | | | Mr. van Doorn has accumulated over 25 years experience in the mining industry though positions both in industry and the global capital markets. He has held senior positions in various underground and open-pit mining operations with companies such as Anglo American, Mt Isa Mines, Billiton and Rio Narcea Gold Mines. His extensive understanding of mining has been enhanced by more than 10 years experience in the global capital markets during which he held senior positions on the buy side and sell side of the investment industry. On the buy side, Mr. van Doorn was in charge of investments in the mining sector for Old Mutual, South Africa's largest financial institution. On the sell side Mr. van Doorn held positions as the Worldwide Gold Equity Analyst for Morgan Stanley in New York where he conducted equity research for institutional clients on large to small capitalization equities in the resource sector, and Chief Mining Analyst for Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon, a boutique investment bank in Toronto where he focused on junior resources equities and successfully identified a number of junior resource companies which were subsequently taken over by one of the largest international gold mining companies. Mr. van Doorn has been a board member of several publicly listed companies in the resource sector. Mr. van Doorn has a MSc in Mining Engineering from Delft University of Technology, and an MBA from University of Capetown. |

| Thomas I. A. Allen Director | | | Mr. Allen is Counsel to the Canadian law firm Ogilvy Renault, and until 2006 served as a senior partner. He is a past Chairman of the Accounting Standards Oversight Council of Canada and a former member of the Advisory Board of the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions of Canada. Mr. Allen also is a director of several public companies including Longview Capital Corporation, Finavera Renewables Inc., Middlefield Bancorp Limited and YM Biosciences Inc. Mr. Allen chairs Mundoro's Corporate Governance Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. |

| Patrick G. Downey Director | | | Mr. Downey, P.Eng., has over 20 years of experience in the resource industry on four continents. He is President and CEO of Aura Minerals Inc., a TSX listed company actively exploring and developing properties in Brazil. Previously, Mr. Downey was President and CEO of Viceroy Exploration Ltd. and President of Consolidated Trillion Resources Ltd. and Oliver Gold Corporation, and held Project Engineer positions on several large-scale gold mining operations including La Coipa in Chile and Placer Dome's Misima and Porgera mines in Papua New Guinea while Vice President of Rescan Engineering Ltd. and Project Manager for Kilborn Engineering Ltd.. Prior to these Canada-based positions he held operating engineering positions at several mining projects for Anglo American Corporation in South Africa. Mr. Downey chairs Mundoro's Audit Committee and sits on the Compensation Committee and Corporate Governance Committee. |

| Louis W. MacEachern Director | | | Mr. MacEachern is the president and owner of Fortune Industries Ltd., a private company based in Calgary that was the major shareholder in the Servpro/Dalco Group of companies until the sale of the group in 1999. He is a director of several public natural resource companies including BrazAlta Resources Corp., Central Alberta Well Services Corp, and Wellpoint Systems Inc.. Until its sale in 2005, Mr. MacEachern was a director of PetroKazakhstan Inc. (formerly Hurricane Hydrocarbons Ltd.), a New York Stock Exchange Listed Company. He is also a board member or sits on advisory councils of several institutes of higher education such as the University of Calgary and is involved in many non-profit and service organizations. Mr. MacEachern is chair of Mundoro's Compensation Committee and is a member of the Audit and Corporate Governance Committees. |

| Teo Dechev Director | | | Ms. Dechev has extensive experience in the capital markets through positions held at well recognized investment banks in institutional equity research, corporate finance and merger and acquisitions primarily focused on the resource sector. Prior to joining Mundoro Mining as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development, she was a Vice President in Corporate Finance at a Toronto investment bank, covering small to mid capitalization resource companies for corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions mandates. Throughout her investment banking career she has participated in financings for over half a billion dollars to primarily small to mid capitalization companies. Prior to that, Ms. Dechev was an Institutional Equity Research Analyst focused on covering junior resource companies for Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon, a boutique investment bank in Toronto, and spent three years at a mineral resources company managing their commodity and derivatives trading program for gold, copper and silver. Ms. Dechev has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, a Bachelor of Applied Science and Engineering in Geological & Mineral Engineering from the University of Toronto and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario. |

| Frank H. Crerie Advisor to the Board | | | Mr. Crerie was one of the founding directors of Mundoro Mining until his retirement from the board in June of 2005, and served as Chairman until February of 2005. He received his B.A. degree from Columbia University, and also attended the Columbia University Law School. Mr. Crerie has over 55 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital and the corporate finance industry. As President of Crerie & Co., an investment banking firm in Houston and New York City between 1951 and 1963, Mr. Crerie underwrote and developed numerous resource projects globally. Mr. Crerie has also been involved as a founder and controlling shareholder in initial public offerings on several of the major stock exchanges including the New York, London, American, Toronto, Vancouver and Alberta Stock Exchanges. Mr. Crerie was formerly the Chairman and Director of Platero Resources Inc., a precious metals exploration company in Argentina, and a Director of Gauchoil, an oil and gas exploration company in Argentina. Mr. Crerie was a director and Chairman of the Board of Acacia Capital Corporation, a TSX Venture Exchange company. |

| Earl G. Drake Advisor to the Board | | |
Mr. Drake has a wide variety of experience spanning more than 45 years in international relations and commercial development. He has served as Canada's Ambassador to China and Indonesia among his many postings within the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. He is currently Honorary Vice Chairman and former President, Canada China Business Council (CCBC) and Adjunct Professor, Simon Fraser University. Mr. Drake resides in Vancouver, British Columbia.
